I really liked that even though it was about co-parent it touched every subject from how to take care of myself and how to respect my co-parent in order to be better parents to our daughter. It was also nice to learn about how some people who have experienced traumatic childhoods have issues later on in life because I feel like that is not talked about a lot of times.

In general, everything was very good. But I cannot count on the best option to put into practice what I learned because both parties are involved to be successful. So what I liked the most was that my children come first in the separation and I am focusing on them and not on the courts and legal problems.

I really enjoyed all the psychology that this class has incorporated into it. Understanding much of the psychology in regards to high conflict personalities, how conflict has an effect on the development of a child's brain and all things related to such topics has been extremely informative, educational and useful to understanding/navigating co-parenting that has high stress levels and ongoing conflict. I also enjoyed learning about more in regards to a child's developmental goals, what ages should you begin to expect certain things, issues, etc. I lastly enjoyed how the course talks about how what professions do what, how they can help in different situations and help guide a separation process to be more fruitful with the intent of less conflict between co-parents.
