I like the in depth knowledge and resources around ACEs and child development. I liked the detailed planner for child custody and visitation. I feel this class taught me some things I didn't know and a lot about ways to be a better co-parent.

The units are split up in manageable chunks, there is specific info on development and conflict that I found useful. The culmination of the class into an actual plan (having a template) is very good.

I learned a lot not only about how to be a better co parent but about myself and my child. I gained tools to help guide me when conflict arises and I will be able to effectively use them. I will be able to communicate with my co parent without conflict and be open minded to his requests or negotiations. I believe this course has taught me a lot that I didn't know went into a healthy co parenting relationship for the child.

It gave me some insights to my own childhood and some of the abuse I suffered, that I only over the past few years have recognized. It has shown me a multitude of areas where my co-parent does the wrong things. I hope when she takes this class, she will own her behaviors and learn something from the information provided.

Learning more about when you can and cannot do decision making together and when parallel is best, not just putting children first but also have to put yourself first, values are important to have and know, learning other ways to try and communicate in high conflict coparenting.

I liked how in depth the course was and learning about the psychology of us as parents and about children and how we affect them. I also enjoyed learning about some of the legal rights and views the courts have regarding custody and parenting time.

I am impressed with the difference this class has made in my life. I was not expecting to learn so much. I like how it made you reflect a lot on your life and childhood. I learned a lot with the ACE's and grieving stages. It was really eye opening for me and for me to see my coparent under another light.

I honestly wish I would have taken this class at the beginning of our divorce instead of 6 years later as there are many things in the course that I handled on my own through therapy and lots of time learning and doing internal work.

Explaining grief, the interactions that affect children, steps to reduce or remove conflict, saying nice things about your co-parent can help improve things, how each child has different needs at different stages of their development and how the brain is impacted based on environmental changes.

Some things I really liked about this program were the practical tools and strategies it offered for effective co-parenting. I appreciated the focus on child-centered communication, which helped me approach conversations with a clearer mindset, keeping the kids' needs at the forefront. The emphasis on consistency and routines was also valuable, as it provided actionable steps to create stability across households. Additionally, the program’s guidance on managing conflict respectfully offered insights that I believe can make a difference in how we interact and make decisions together. Overall, the structure and focus of the program were very helpful.
