If you complete one of our online programs and it is declined by your local county official, please provide written notification from the county (judge, administrator or your attorney) verifying that they do not recognize online programs and OnlineParentingPrograms.com will issue a refund within 30 days of registration. (County Processing Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE)
No refunds will be issued for failure to pass the class final examination or after 30 days of purchase.
