Some things I really liked about this program are how it encouraged me to reflect on my own experiences and feelings while also helping me focus on my child's needs. It was helpful to have practical tools and strategies to think about how I can communicate better with my co-parent and set boundaries. I also appreciated the sections that helped me understand the emotional side of co-parenting and how to navigate tough situations while keeping my child’s well-being in mind. The program gave me a chance to learn and grow without feeling judged, and I felt more empowered to handle the challenges of co-parenting. It also reminded me that I'm not alone in this journey, and there are ways to improve, no matter how difficult things may seem at times.

The knowledge, the scenarios, how i could relate to the stories, how they would go back to each story and show both sides of the story and the full story. How it made you think if you were in their shoes. This course has really made a impact in my way of thinking when it comes to my child.

I liked the ability to go at my own pace and the amount of detailed information. It was good at focusing on the needs of the children and provided good reminders to keep that as the number one point to remember.

I liked that during this program it covered all bases of different kinds of parenting, and gave you scenarios. When completing this class it has shown me a lot of different ways to go about co-parenting, and I will confidently use the steps of communicating with the co-parent to the best of my ability.

I like how much you had to journal. The questions, though repetitive at times, were thought provoking and meaningful. It took me WAY longer than 6 hours to get through it, and that was OK. I hesitated when answering some of the questions, but did so honestly and it helped me to think about my instincts and what they mean as a parent and coparent. All in all, it was a good course. You get out of it what you put into it.

Gave me the tools for responding to issues with co-parent. Taught me about BIFF responses and noticing how I respond and to not allow my emotions to take over when something is said that bothers me. It taught me the 4 big skills that are essential in having productive communication.

I really like how it was at my own pace, I was able to log in and out of my work. I liked how I was able to get work sheets to print out and it went over the correct answers and gave an example.

I really liked how everything was pointed out as far as feelings and impact on everyone not just the children. I also liked how to better mange break ups and do better with helping my child adjust. Overall each step that was given and broken down will help me to understand theses situations better

I didn't expect for the content to be so comprehensive. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect and found this to be helpful, not only in my own relationship, but also in having greater awareness in how difficult co-parenting is, as it pertains to my new boyfriend and his children. It offered me an expanded point of view.

It walked through the process of separation, divorce, talking to children, setting up a parenting plan, how to follow through with the plan. The videos were helpful to illustrate the challenges associated with separation/divorce and coparenting.

This was one of the best programs I have ever taken. It was spot on. It was like reading my diary of my own thoughts. I was divorced 3 years ago, and I have gone through or thought about all these situations. This was our first big disagreement since the divorce. I wish I had taken this course earlier.

I really liked that there was a wealth of information made available for various parenting types and perspectives pertaining to different child age groups. I also liked the availability of worksheets, various resources, and the ability to journal my responses to each topic.
