Something that I liked about the program was how it informed parents how to help children with being depressed and gave great information about suicide. Also, I learned better ways to deal with my children when we both disagree about a situation. I even learned how to give healthier food solutions to my children.

It covered everything that parents feared of facing for their children. Everything was very educational for me as I never knew these subjects as a parent. I like how it showed the different types of parenting styles and honestly, I am guilty of being like so some times towards my children. I also liked how bullying was explained and how to deal with the situation. Children face all sorts of bullying and we as parents are so focus on providing and stressing on our bills that we forget what our children goes through or if something is wrong with them.

I liked the Activity Journal that was provided. I like all of the resources that were offered and I like the fact that the units were timed therefore you spent the appropriate amount of time on each unit.

I learned a lot about how to Parent a 13 yr old with ADHA and all of the resources there out there to help parents as well as children. I would recommend this course to everyone I know even if they are not court ordered to take it. It is very helpful.
