It provided communication techniques to deal with the co-parent, and ways to speak to the child about divorce and help the child adjust to the change. Some things I really liked about this program was that they taught me about flexible thinking, ways to cope with a high-conflict co-parent and situations, how to better communicate with the other-co parent and my children, how to manage my emotions, about the effects of my behavior on my children, about the BIFF method when communicating with the other co-parent, how to utilize moderate behavior, and how to always check myself before responding to anything the other co-parent might say in order to avoid conflicts.
