Some things I really liked about this program were the practical strategies for understanding and supporting my child's development, as well as the focus on self-reflection to improve my own parenting approach. The activities and discussions helped me connect better with my child and think more about the values that guide my parenting.

The things that I really like about this program are: how every aspect is gone over and the helpful videos, how you can go back anytime in reference, and all the extra resources given after each unit.

I loved how it opened up to not just co-parents who can get along, but co-parents who can't get along as well. Another thing I liked is how it explained the different stages people go through during the initial break up and another thing I liked is how it tells you that no age is too young to talk to about the breakup.

Some of the things I enjoyed about this program are: how to manage conflict, how to break the news to the kids based on their age, what types of stressors this may cause to the children and how to handle it, and how to create a parenting plan together.

I liked how it thoroughly explained everything and really focused on the child's needs and best interests. I think that taking more classes like this or participating in co-parenting group of some sort would be very beneficial.

I am impressed with the difference this class has made in my life. I was not expecting to learn so much. I like how it made you reflect a lot on your life and childhood. I learned a lot with the ACE's and grieving stages. It was really eye opening for me and for me to see my coparent under another light.
