I really enjoyed the resources and links to further reading/reviews. I also really liked the peer-reviewed videos explaining scientifically what is going on from a psychological and sociological perspective. It really helped frame the scope of what is typically going on in the family dynamic and what is normal vs. what is not.

Something that I liked about this program is that there was much to learn. You can always learn something new everyday. I liked how it helped me with the communication point of view. I mostly liked the way the program broke down the feelings that you would feel during a break-up.

I appreciated the tools to be a better co-parent, better understanding of what the children go though, I am hoping to improve the parenting relationship with my co-parent so our daughters have a mother and a father, better recognition of my role as a co-parent, and I also liked all the information and support this class program had.

Some of the things I like about this program are: the parenting plan; the ways to create attachment and creating safe space for the children; conflict resolution and communication tactics to make communication more effective; explanation on how to talk to the children about the divorce.

I learned a lot about co parenting; however, I wish my co parent and I would have been forced to take this course a year ago. I hope that he follows through with taking this course as well and learns from it. I enjoyed learning that what I was going through was very common and understanding some of the ways that I reacted was also normal. I also learned about some things I could do better to work with my children's father.

This program made me more understanding of the whole custody process and how to handle co prenting during it, such as problem-solving and communication, as well as a better understanding of the emotions you feel though a seperation.

It was very detailed oriented program. Effective illustrations through videos and examples. I will recommend couples take this in the early stages of their relationships. good to have quiz's as you go along.

I did like that it could be done at my own pace. I also VERY much enjoyed that there was a transcript of the videos. I do not retain information nearly as well when I hear it. I am a much better learner when reading and it was nice to have the option to read the transcript.
