The program has a lot of good and positive points regarding selfcare and how it translates to positive behavior and adjustment, communication and problem solving collaboratively; I thought the attachment section was great and appreciated the age break-downs, but most importantly how all of the material relates to creating a stable base and routine that is supportive, disciplined and encouraging.

In this class, I heard a lot of true stories from even the kids speaking. So, I can really feel what my children may feel and think. That is very helpful for me to understand their recent behavior. It also helps me adjust myself to this change.

What I like about this program is it shows you how to properly communicate with your co-parent and how to let your child cope with their feelings after a break-up. I also like how it teaches you how to get your child how to express their feelings without direct communication, for example, playing games or doing certain activities.

I like that this course was so interactive, I've done other courses that were not as in depth and I suppose that it makes me feel like you or the program creator cares more. I learned a lot about the road to come and about ways that I can be an all-around better mother to my daughter.
