I liked that there was videos that showed some real life scenarios and how to better handle those issues. I also liked the videos where the children gave their point of view on break-ups and divorce and how they feel about it.

What I liked about this program was the understanding of how difficult it could be at some point with the co-parent and how to control a lot with in yourself emotion because the co-parent behavior could be sometime out of control. Also I like the the different thinking about telling myself about flexible thinking or all or nothing also checking myself about certain situations.

I liked the way in which I managed to better understand conflicts, they are totally normal but they always have to be solved, I knew and understood the importance of the parenting plan and if both parents can work on this obvious issue it is much better. The way I talk to my son and let him know everything no matter how old he is.

It was helpful to hear so much about what the children need and what kind of accommodations it's reasonable for me to make. These were things I already felt were in the best interest of the children, but I wasn't sure how much the courts considered those needs vs. what they just thought was fair for the parents.
