BIFF for sure. I loved that it discussed high-conflict co-parents in depth because usually courses or classes don’t apply because they assume both parents want to discuss things and want to work together.

Learning about how people have handled things before has helped me set my expectations more realistic. I learned a lot about myself, I'm not powerless or helpless. It's going to be hard but I'm strong and now I know what I have to do after the divorce is over as well! I knew bad behaviors were not personal but in a way I felt a isolated. I no longer feel isolated other people working with high conflict also go through this. It's not normal for the population but it's normal within high conflict people.

It gave me a better understanding of the legal process including the terms used. It also showed me some ways to interact with the other co-parent. I also liked how it allowed me to see and learn how my children feel and react to this whole situation.

This program taught me so much. I was never aware these classes would become so beneficial for co-parenting and for the rest of my life. I learned so much on how to deal with high conflicts. I learned that I can't change someone's behavior but I can change how I behave and react. I will try and start using the BIFF method as well. I am thankful for this course and have learned so much. I really liked how they taught me how to have flexible thinking and the all-or-nothing. How to not have the all or nothing approach. Thank you for all the information given to us co-parents trying to do what's best for our children!

It talked about dealing with the co-parent in different situations, checking yourself and having to write down good things about the co-parent. I really enjoyed this information.

I really liked how it opens up both perspectives on both sides of the parents and teach us to be considerate about the other party and have flexible thinking. Something I really liked about this program was I learned to be more open and flexible when it comes to thinking. Communication is a must and having the ability to communicate with the co-parent will better my relationship with the kids and the co-parent.

I liked the video illustrations which allow the viewer to observe challenging situations from a 3rd party perspective. We often like to think that we would never behave in certain ways but watching on video we feel safe in considering our possible behaviors.

I liked the straight forward information. It really helped put things into perspective. Helped me see areas where I can make more changes and really followed along with what I have learned in my counselling sessions as well. Sometimes you can feel like you are alone and your situation is yours and yours alone, but this program shed light on the fact that many people go through similar situations. There is often times no one that is right or no one that is wrong but moving forward is the best solution. Learning from past mistakes also helps to avoid repeating them.
