I like the information on the four big skills and how they can be applied to many aspects of life, not just the separation. Also they are important values to teach our children. I also appreciate how much information was provided in the course, including other options to handle our dispute instead of just going to court.

I feel this course is all encompassing and thorough. Although, my specific situation makes it hard to address the communication portions based on how communications have taken place and gone downhill as I’ve experienced a lot of control and demeaning comments as I’ve tried to be flexible but found myself needing to establish healthy boundaries with the help of my therapists. I enjoyed the varied point of views and examples that were used to help me see my situation more clearly.

I liked the videos and scenarios set up. I liked the handout outlines to review. I liked the explanations on why an answer is incorrect or correct. That was very helpful when you get it wrong or ways to support your decision when it was correct.
