I liked the information on child development, ACES, processing grief and signs of trauma in children. It really helped clue me into some things to bring to my son's therapist's attention as we continue to work on his emotional regulation, behavior and evaluations for other possible diagnosis.

I feel like it is particularly important for the next generation of parents to be conscious of breaking old familial patterns and having a grounded understanding for why healthier, conscious parenting patterns benefit everyone across the generational spectrum and strengthen bonds early on that will maintain through a child's development and into adulthood. I really appreciated the in-depth and research-based content and I think that it was presented in a manner that most any adult could understand and apply it easily.

Although some of the videos definitely felt like paid actors, I did like the information in the videos and I liked all the research that was provided. I felt like I did take away a lot of positive things that I will be using moving forward.

Also, videos of children's reactions to their parents breakup/separation and how it can affect them. 2. The very detailed information given which helps to identify my own personal feelings/issues about my breakup and what I can do different 3. The details helps me better understand my co-parent's and I relationship and how I can react differently to not trigger my co-parent.

I really liked that even though it was about co-parent it touched every subject from how to take care of myself and how to respect my co-parent in order to be better parents to our daughter. It was also nice to learn about how some people who have experienced traumatic childhoods have issues later on in life because I feel like that is not talked about a lot of times.

I liked how interactive it is. I liked that all the questions were not basic, you had to relive some moments, it was a healthy opportunity for my family.
