Some things I really liked about this program was that they taught me about flexible thinking, ways to cope with a high-conflict co-parent and situations, how to better communicate with the other-co parent and my children, how to manage my emotions, about the effects of my behavior on my children, about the BIFF method when communicating with the other co-parent, how to utilize moderate behavior, and how to always check myself before responding to anything the other co-parent might say in order to avoid conflicts.

I liked how they explain things and that they teach that the main thing is not to involve children in adult problems, that we can solve things ourselves, talking cordially with our ex-partner and being able to come to an agreement that does not affect our son - to always think about the welfare of the child.

I like that it provided real world scenarios for me to work through. I enjoyed that it discussed the emotions involved in co-parenting and how to manage them. I actually recommended this course to a friend who is going through a divorce. I think all parents/co-parents should go through this course. It presents a lot of good information and all very relevant.

This program taught me so much. I was never aware these classes would become so beneficial for co-parenting and for the rest of my life. I learned so much on how to deal with high conflicts. I learned that I can't change someone's behavior but I can change how I behave and react. I will try and start using the BIFF method as well. I am thankful for this course and have learned so much. I really liked how they taught me how to have flexible thinking and the all-or-nothing. How to not have the all or nothing approach. Thank you for all the information given to us co-parents trying to do what's best for our children!
