12 Hour - Parenting Without Conflict

This program taught me so much. I was never aware these classes would become so beneficial for co-parenting and for the rest of my life. I learned so much on how to deal with high conflicts. I learned that I can't change someone's behavior but I can change how I behave and react. I will try and start using the BIFF method as well. I am thankful for this course and have learned so much. I really liked how they taught me how to have flexible thinking and the all-or-nothing. How to not have the all or nothing approach. Thank you for all the information given to us co-parents trying to do what's best for our children!
