I like all of the tools that come with the class, like the parenting planner. I like that there are worksheets and that a lot of the questions require a written response so I can actually think about my answers.

I really liked all of the resources that are offered after each session. I do think there should be classes designed for a variety of families; I felt this was centered around parents either going through divorce or parents new to a breakup. There isn't much for parents who have already been separated for years or for parents that were never together. I also wish that it would speak more on our children's emotional well-being and how important it is to pay attention so that when changes happen we can communicate in an effective way not only with our children but with the co-parent as well to give resources to help make sure our children have all of the emotional support possible in both homes.

I really liked how the program provided practical tools and strategies for effective co-parenting. The videos were particularly helpful, offering clear examples and insights that I could relate to my own experiences. I also appreciated the focus on the child’s well-being, which was a constant reminder of what truly matters during this challenging time. The flexibility to complete the course at my own pace was another aspect I found beneficial, as it allowed me to absorb the material without feeling rushed.

I was able to identify the stages of grief and I am able to identify different types of conflicts and how to deal with them. I liked that I was able to express myself and learn where things need work and where things don't, I liked that I am given additional resources and options on how to better myself as a co-parent and a father, even just as a person.

Overall, this program is excellent. It has greatly enhanced my understanding of co-parenting and managing a high-conflict relationship. It has also helped me become a better communicator, not just with my co-parent, but with my child as well.

It helped heal some wounds, it helped me bring up feelings I needed to talk thru and deal with, it educated me and enlightened me to do better and be better for myself and my children and work for a better co-parenting relationship even when the other is not ready but I can be a better example.

Although my divorce was 4 years ago and this program highlighted the necessary fact for parallel parenting, I learned so much valuable information to apply to being a better parent and a better partner in my current relationship. I learned a lot of things that filled in the cracks of things I didn't know. I really enjoy learning about this topic. I talked with my therapist weekly about the topics this brought up for me and even he was curious about taking the course just so he could recommend it to others appropriately.
