It was very in-depth and thorough in explaining the varying stages of break-ups, as well as what sort of parenting and co-parenting plans need to be thought about and planned out for the sake of the children's lives and what's in their best interests.

It brought to my attention that I am not assertive enough. I took the 52 hour BIP. I loved the videos! I loved how it brought it all back around to children, childhood and raising children while being role models.

I liked how it’s so informative and it’s backed up with a lot of resources. How it’s simple and easy (test) it is. I thought it was gonna be difficult and I was not gonna pass. 25 questions is reasonable I also liked how you are able to put in a few minutes here and there.. single mom of two is not easy but I completed, made it before the due date and I have no one less thing to worry about. (:

Some things I really liked about this program include the practical advice on effective communication, the strategies for creating a stable and supportive environment for children and the focus on constructive co-parenting techniques. The step-by-step guidance on developing a parenting plan and managing emotions during a break-up was particularly helpful.
