I liked how the units were aligned. It was helpful to start this class with the taking care of yourself before getting into anything else. The interviews and letters from the perspective of the children were very thought provoking and humbling.

I do feel like I genuinely learned some great things. BIFF is a great easy to implement process that I think can really help. The content regarding high-conflict parenting styles, behaviors, and how to avoid being high-conflict was really helpful to self-analyze my behaviors and try to set goals for improvement.

Gives good tips on communicating with the other parent and I liked how it talked about the romantic relationship changing to a co-parent relationship. Also liked how each age group of children see things.

I liked how: 1) The course stayed focused on the child(ren) and their well-being while touching on subjects of parents time, values, and well-being. 2) Different age groups were explained and it was discussed how each group's needs and processes change. 3) There were different examples of parenting behaviors and styles, and provided more than one way of how different levels of conflict could be de-escalated or handled.

The flexibility of being able to access the program anytime was great because it allowed me to balance learning with my schedule. I appreciated how the program emphasized healthy communication between co-parents, which gave me insights into how to better navigate our relationship for the benefit of our children.

I really liked the stages of divorce portion that helped me develop a better understanding of what I am feeling and will likely feel in the future. It helped me to feel 'normal' in a situation where I feel very alone. It also helped me gain a better understanding of how my co-parent is likely feeling as well.

Something I really liked about this program include the emphasis on effective communication skills, practical conflict resolution strategies, a focus on the best interests of the children and the supportive environment that fostered collaboration and sharing experiences. It is detailed and relevant, it helped me see where I am at in the emotional process of divorce and have concrete steps to work towards a good co-parenting relationship. It is clearly designed to give kids the best chance for success in a difficult situation.
