It was helpful to hear so much about what the children need and what kind of accommodations it's reasonable for me to make. These were things I already felt were in the best interest of the children, but I wasn't sure how much the courts considered those needs vs. what they just thought was fair for the parents.

I loved it, this was intended more to co-parent for his zero communication to me, however I learned several things about child development, how to work with a difficult co-parent, thinking long term, learning skills, conflict of schedules, proposals.
