The truth is, everything in this program is necessary at this moment for me, in my process. It explains in detail each topic and process that I will have in my life, but overall I really liked learning about the mediation, flexible thinking, moderate and extreme behaviors in each part, the parts of the brain and of what are in charge of, the BIFF messages, the way how to respond to each situation, in general everything left me amazed.
