I really enjoyed the communication and conflict resolution skills. I also found the explanation of the parenting plan process and mediation process in the final unit very helpful. I liked how there was a journal at the beginning and end of each section, so you could see how your thought process remained the same or changed based on what you learned.

There are a few things I like about the program - even though I am a good mother to my son, it gave me ways to help me communicate better with my son about the break up and it also gave me good tips to move forward with my co-parent hoping at some point we can actually communicate better and be better co-parents for our son.

I enjoyed the many combined forms of learning like reading, videos and journals. I like that it forces you to look at some uncomfortable area that could tend to be avoided, but are very important. Overall, this was a great course and I learned quite a bit.

Educating people on the stages of breaking up and how you can recognize where you are mentally and emotionally. That is really important to know. I also like the breakdown on constructing a parenting plan. It's a resource I plan to use.

I like the organization of the website I feel a section should address the issue of financial support for the children. In my case my husband does not provide any child support and I have to budget and plan for groceries and to pay bills and it is extremely stressful, maybe give single mothers an idea to how to handle this issue

Something I really liked about this program is how it talks about different situations and not just one. It teaches how to try to co-parent together and talk kindly of each other for the sake of your child regardless of your own feelings.
