I liked a few about this program: the explaining through the videos and text what is going on in the kids' minds, that I was being able to download the guides, terms, and suggestions they provide. It makes you reflect on the past, not necessarily in a positive way and think and plan about the future.

I like the quotes from the famous people or the writers, of the authors like Ralph Waldo Emerson and Albert Einstein. I screenshot all of those quotes. My favorite one was "The truth is like a lion you don't have to defend it just let it lose it and it will defend itself" I think that's how I went. I like the videos in the certain situations and the explanations and this answering these questions kind of gave me someone to talk to. I'm actually surprised at the information it was really helpful. I wish I knew a lot of this before I allowed myself to be dragged into unnecessary confrontations.

I liked how it broke down different types of high conflict people, gave each co-parents tips on how to behave and interact with each other, reminds us that our written word can be used as evidence, I enjoyed many parts of this course.
