I liked everything that was explained about how to be a better father, from how to give them a good education and how to give them good nutrition so that they grow up healthy, give them good self-esteem, give them affection, hugs, praise, tell them how much we love them, very often, so that they feel loved and that we have all the confidence to talk about their feelings that they think that they have the confidence to tell us things, whether good or bad, so that we can help them... how there are many things to tell them about bullying and feelings, also about how to guide them so that they are responsible .. the class teaches us a lot to be a better father and many things to guide us to improve

The information was presented in a way that was easily understood and absorbed. I enjoyed the exams at the end of each unit.

This program provided a deeper understanding for myself and my co parent as well as giving me tool that I can use during high conflict times with my co parent. This program has also give me techniques to use to continue the positive relationships and development for my child.

What I really liked is that they give examples and advise in difficult situations that arise. I like that they teach values, respect and love to our children.

The program helped me understand that my co-parent may be reacting on emotions and that it isn't a fault of my own. I also find the BIFF responses to be very helpful in dealing with stressful and angry messages. The big four skills are also something that I will remember during the mediation process, to help stay calm and reach an agreement with my co-parent.

It was very thorough. Got a lot of good information and techniques that can be applied moving forward with conflict, anger and Co-Parenting. I took a lot of notes, the journal entries and activities will be good to look back and and practice.

Cover's alot. I have taken many voluntarily programs and none of them compare to the extensiveness of this. For both coparents to be assigned to take this from the court at the very beginning would have saved a ton of money, grief, pain and most importantly all of the pressure that my child has been under.

I like how detailed the course is and it has information of problems parents may go through when separating. It highlights the importance of how to keep our kids safe by not involving them and giving us tips on how to handle a high conflict co-parent.
