1. The section about the types of high conflict co-parents was really insightful and full of great suggestions that I have applied to my co-parent since and have seen almost immediate results. 2. The suggestions and solutions for emailing a co-parent. I love the BIFF method and it has been quite successful since I applied it to my own situation and communication.

I learned about flexible thinking, learning to write lists; it was very empowering in knowing how many co-parents deal with the same exact problems. It's teaching how to handle the children and what they’re going through with this high conflict divorce and teach them managed emotions. I loved this course!

They gave positions of both parents. He taught me a lot of that I needed to know about negotiating situation and looking at both sides of the situation. Overall, this was helpful program it let me give my input as well.

I liked the different types of learning material: reading, mediation sessions demonstrating skills, videos of the children & how/what they are thinking, feeling, going through, the quizzes with immediate feedback to learn, the thoughtful sayings in each section, basic bio/anatomy & emotional effects on the human body (especially with children).
