I learned quite a lot for myself and my daughter. I learned the extra steps I need to consider when spending time with her and how I answer questions she asks. I will be coming back to refreshe from time to time to help better understand parenthood.

I liked how they discussed taking care of yourself and giving ways to help cope with the transitions. I like that this is more new school teaching like putting the family first and not just the child even though it's important but it's more understanding for a family as a whole.

I came into this program thinking it wasn’t exactly that important, as I thought I already knew what I needed. That is not the case after completing this course. I actually enjoyed learning from this course and listening to the professionals. I think it would be a great course for my co-partner to take part in as it could help her be a better co-parent.

It went over how people feel going through a divorce or break-up. It give great advice on how to handle different situations also I liked the part where it talked about watching what you say around the kids toward the other parent and how that could affect them. Somethings I never thought about so it was good to hear.

It was very in depth and gave good examples to be able to take from and use in real life situations with a co-parent. Obviously not every scenario will match real life since people make decisions and choices.

I really like how they explain exactly everything. And how they make you feel about being in the situation. It’s not easy to do those decisions and this help they gave us does really help - either with co-parenting, yourself and most importantly for my son. I recommend it even if it’s not required.
