I loved how many resources and how much information was clearly explained and provided to help with not only coparenting conflict, but this program also provided a lot of great detail and information on how these issues have a big effect on not only the child, but yourself and the people around you. This class helped me recognize where my co-parent and I go wrong every time. The tools the program provided to help fix this conflict, problems or issues were amazing tools that anyone can incorporate In their day to day life as well.

Learning about the stages of grief and how we handle the emotional pain was insightful for me to understand the process of healing post separation/divorce. Additionally, I found the worksheets to be beneficial in communicating with my co-parent about parenting plans.

I really liked how there was real live scenarios. The live scenarios added a visual type of learning to the program. The journaling at first was frustrating and took me for ever, but ended up helping making what I learned stick. I took more out of the parenting plan then I thought I could.
