I learned managing emotions and not letting him control my thoughts is healthy for my children verses arguing back or fighting back. I learned that it is ok to say you need time to think about something and that how my children see my behave is how they see life.

Providing very helpful information to parents, a divorce is very scary and traumatic experience. This court helps a parent cope and deal with those challenges. I also see more usage of mediation used in the court process which is helpful if both sides are agreeable to do so.

I liked how it was very informative and it teaches you a nice bit of things about divorce - how to come to an agreement with your co-parent and how to moderate your emotions with the kids. I don't want to bring them into the divorce.

Something I liked about this module was the fact that they spoke about the Safe Haven Law. A lot of mothers of all ages are not informed on that law, which can help save their child.

It taught me that anger is healthy. It's how you deal with it that is important. Also, it taught me more about being reasonable, negotiating through disagreements and that learning about anger management is helpful whether or not both parties are high conflict.

This program is incredible. While I didn't finish it right away, I returned to it once conflicts started to rise again with my co-parent and this program helped guide me in handling the potentially high conflict situations. I am so grateful.
