I had to do a lot of reflection which was hard at times, but necessary and that my co-parent had to take this course as well gives me some hope that on a common understanding we can make progress on the parent plan.

The amount of details offered. I also like the fact that explained not only the positives, but the negatives of a divorce to help parents better understand the weight of their decision to ensure that they are making the right decision moving forward. I think it's very important to fully understand the pros and the cons to make a valid decision for what's best in everyone's unique situation. There was definitely some eye-opening things that make me reconsider and want to reconcile even more.

The course is set up very well. It was broken up nicely and easy to do in segments, when time allowed. I saved the journal entries, as each of them made me think and feel deeper into situations and thoughts that I had avoided. I want to reevaluate my responses as time goes on.

That it was eye opening and made me feel grateful that both of us are able bodied, hard working individuals that have our heads on straight are able to provide financially and emotionally for our son. I'm grateful that neither of us were abusive or addicts of any kind during our relationship.

I was able to learn some new things. I really like the reporting form. I am leaving an abusive relationship and we do not communicate well. I need to limit communication to deescalate conflict. That form is going to be wonderful during custody exchanges. I am glad that domestic abuse was acknowledged in this program. It's a special dynamic that is very hard to navigate for the children's best interests.

Learning the stages of adjustment, the worksheets to help think through a parenting plan and how to tell the kids, how to communicate with your co-parent and the different types of co-parents. The videos were really well-done, which made them easy to watch. The balance of reading vs watching was good.

The information in this course was great. I really like that it was presented in an objective way. The course definitely took me longer than 4 hours, but I didn't want to rush through it because the information was so useful.

It was concise and touched on a lot of important subjects and information related to co-parenting during and after a divorce. While not exhaustive in going through every detail and every possible scenario, it laid the groundwork for what's ahead and how to start dealing with it.
