I really liked that it explained things to look out for and watch. It explained how to handle conflict or identify signs of when you or your children may need to seek help. I also love that it explains the emotions that I may encounter or my children and how to deal with them as they come. Really great class.

I took the time and participated in this class and found it very valuable. I really like the supportive documents and tools, especially on the parenting plan and how to involve the children. At first I was annoyed with the journal entries, but I found them very helpful to formulate thought and reflect.

I really liked how it talked about self care as well as taking care of the children. I liked how it gave your resources and explained the process and what options are available for parenting plans moving forward. I really like all of the age appropriate information on how to talk to the children.

Although most of this doesn't apply to my situation, this was a very good class for a more typical angry divorce without abuse and high levels of manipulation. I've recommended it to a few friends.
