I liked the way in which I managed to better understand conflicts, they are totally normal but they always have to be solved, I knew and understood the importance of the parenting plan and if both parents can work on this obvious issue it is much better. The way I talk to my son and let him know everything no matter how old he is.

It was helpful to hear so much about what the children need and what kind of accommodations it's reasonable for me to make. These were things I already felt were in the best interest of the children, but I wasn't sure how much the courts considered those needs vs. what they just thought was fair for the parents.

I loved it, this was intended more to co-parent for his zero communication to me, however I learned several things about child development, how to work with a difficult co-parent, thinking long term, learning skills, conflict of schedules, proposals. There were many things I liked, some of them were obvious, but the info on the impact to child development of conflicting parents was important. Some of the legal things were good to give you an idea.
