I really liked being able to understand the process that each parent goes through during the break up process and how to handle the situations in a more positive way. I learned a lot about how to communicate with my children based on their age and how their needs may differ. I learned about the stages of adjustment and what the process may look like for each of us.

Learning about how it affects children. I’ve been looking up information about it, so I appreciate all the info and resources here. People should be encouraged to take classes like this when they are pregnant. Or even in school? Earlier than divorce time.

I really enjoyed this program because it offered real world examples of trying to get a long with your co-parents; and focusing on your own behaviors/emotions vs. the other co-parent or people involved.

Very well designed program using excellent visual, audio, text, supportive list, forms, guide lines, examples, much much resources, notes available outside this class. Forcing you to think, feel, rethink, listen to other co-parents example, struggles, triumphs, getting stuck, moving forward, making lemonade from lemons...lol. Great break down to digestible levels of the different milestones, enriching us with perspectives and statistical data for reference. I am super happy that I was mandated to take this class and instead of the 8hrs class I choose to take the 12 hrs class. In this case the more is better. Great job, shut out to "Onlineparentingprograms", congratulations for your team and hard work to make this class available for the best interest of so many unknown children and parents. Thank you!
