This program incorporates a lot of the same principles that my therapist has taught me, which I enjoy. This class also confirmed that my choices to leave were correct, validation is an excellent thing to get even if you already know that your choice was correct.

Much clarity was provided around best practice for co-parenting and how to to ensure to do our best (my co-parent and I) to make parenting decisions together versus through the courts as this will alleviate an incredible amount of stress from the children and us.

Some things I liked about this program was that it also cared for the well-being of the mother and father. We are already going through a lot in the break-up and also having to deal with children can often times get overwhelming but learning about grief and climbing up the ladder in this class gave me hope to successful co-parenting.

It's very well explained, gives a chance for the parent to reflect about effects of the conflicts in the kids, explores all aspects of the divorce, really good! I hope my co-parent takes it seriously as I did and I hope we can move forward with less conflict and focusing on the kids as I have been focusing.
