I was able to learn some methods that made me more confident when I approach my co-parent in the future, I have been able to actually apply these steps already in order to reach out to her about our daughter recently to see how she is progressing. I also like the fact that this program is helping me realize how I can better help me and my child cope with the things that have yet to happen with our custody arrangement.

I really enjoyed learning about the childs' needs and how to communicate with them and to know the signs about if, and when your child needs more help processing the separation. I also learned a lot from the portion about communicating with your partner and how to not make the small things into big things, when the small things will just disappear on their own.

It is essential to respect the feelings of the children while also considering what is best for them, as evidenced by the various experiences of couples who have ended their relationship. By analyzing the professional videos, I was able to reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of this process and realize how well-prepared I must be to ensure our child's well-being.
