Learning about the stages of grief and how we handle the emotional pain was insightful for me to understand the process of healing post separation/divorce. Additionally, I found the worksheets to be beneficial in communicating with my co-parent about parenting plans.

I really liked how there was real live scenarios. The live scenarios added a visual type of learning to the program. The journaling at first was frustrating and took me for ever, but ended up helping making what I learned stick. I took more out of the parenting plan then I thought I could.

This actually was extremely helpful and I hope that once my trial is up I still have access to some of these resources. I hope my co-parent got as much out of this as I did.
