What I liked about this program was the understanding of how difficult it could be at some point with the co-parent and how to control a lot with in yourself emotion because the co-parent behavior could be sometime out of control. Also I like the the different thinking about telling myself about flexible thinking or all or nothing also checking myself about certain situations.

Just learning how this affects little children. I was little when my parents divorced but I don’t remember it through a child’s eyes.
