Something I really liked about this program was how it provided practical, real-life solutions and guidance tailored to co-parenting situations. It helped me see that conflicts can be opportunities for growth and understanding, ultimately benefiting our kids. The emphasis on putting the children's needs first and working collaboratively with my co-parent was a cornerstone that echoed my beliefs as a father. Lastly, the course provided valuable tools and resources to improve my co-parenting journey, ensuring a better future for my children.

The truth is, everything in this program is necessary at this moment for me, in my process. It explains in detail each topic and process that I will have in my life, but overall I really liked learning about the mediation, flexible thinking, moderate and extreme behaviors in each part, the parts of the brain and of what are in charge of, the BIFF messages, the way how to respond to each situation, in general everything left me amazed.

I like how this program provided solutions and ideas to different situations. There was a few times I was reading things and thinking, this directly applies to me and my co-parent. I also liked that some lessons applied to my life outside of my co-parent or child - like dealing with conflict situations at work.
