I really liked that it made me feel more normal about the feelings and reactions I have felt throughout the break up and separation. I also like the fact that this program made me confront myself about how I have been handling communication and conflicts with my co-parent and offered better or more correct ways of doing it. It also allowed me to constantly reflect on how important my children are to me and how I don't want to negatively affect them by what I choose to both say and do.

What I liked about this course is that it educates the parent, that way the parent is aware of what is going on, even though we don’t know, this module educates very well. I really liked that there is a quiz and everything. It is very well organized. And it gives time to write things down, go back and repeat the videos if needed.

For me personally, this program helps me to understand from a courts prospective and give myself more empathetic views into my own ways of thinking as the mother of my kids. It’s a very good course to take and I highly recommend this course to anyone before a marriage and after a marriage.

A few things I liked about this program were: the testimonials from children who have gone through a divorce, the breaking down of the best forms of communication and relationships for co-parents, that it teaches the most effective ways in creating a parenting plan and the emphasis on taking care of yourself to best take care of your children.

It spoke about certain circumstances and situations that may occur and how to best handle them. It also spoke about what should be part of the parenting plan and how to handle dealing with a co-parent as well as look into the things that you have to consider dealing with the children involved.

I really liked how informational this program was and how it wasn’t just a simple ‘yes/no’ type of tests but actually enforced you to be involved and helped encourage using these learned skills. I thought that was really awesome.

Some things I really liked about this program are that it taught me the things I've never heard of and it opened my eyes to a different perspective of co-parenting and it has good case examples that are easy for me to understand.

Very informative about a lot of information i didn't know about. I learned a lot. I wish l known about all the mediators, counseling, etc. It would have me save a lot of money.

I am able to put into words now my feelings by doing the journal entries. These feelings have been pent up inside me for so long and I don't really feel like I have had an outlet. I also think I have learned how to better communicate with my children.
