The way it addresses important steps involved in a break-up from the parents feelings, to putting the children's interests first, the co-parenting plan worksheet, the videos. I also like the questions and quizzes throughout the training as they help you better understand certain concepts and be more aware of how you feel.

I liked that it forced me to sit down and think clearly about the breakup. Also, I liked hearing about the research and studies behind what goes on during a breakup with the adults, as well as the children.

Many very specific points of view, the answers on how to manage your anger, even teaching about finances is very interesting. It covers everything and the best thing is that I learned a lot from this program.

Explaining triggers and how they can be involved in parenting; how to parent more effectively without conflict; ways to negotiate with better consideration; providing solutions to issues instead of leaving things in the air, controlling anger and managing complicated situations; how to cope and help my child cope with big life changes, how to heal and process emotions after the break-up; how to move ahead with life after this break-up, how to establish routines, creating new traditions and routines while keeping some; respecting values from the other parent, instilling both mine and his in how we raise our child.

It gave me a sort of outline as to what type of behaviors to adopt for myself, offered insights as to how to best manage the children’s spectrum of emotions during and after the break-up and ways to communicate with my co-parent which offer the best sense of safety and self-control.

Breaking down the terminology and what to expect in the process. I also like the different ways we can come to an understandings and resolve conflicts. I like the different options we can use, like mediators, to help come to a reasonable outcome for all of us when we can't see eye to eye on topics.

Something that I liked about the program was how it informed parents how to help children with being depressed and gave great information about suicide. Also, I learned better ways to deal with my children when we both disagree about a situation. I even learned how to give healthier food solutions to my children.
