It taught me a better and more effective way of communicating with co-parents in conflict. It taught me about the different stages of the separation process and helped me understand how to move forward in the process better. It helped me identify my co-parent relationship and how to make it better over time. It was overall, very educational in the co-parent lifestyle and how to properly move forward in a healthier way for our daughter. It felt good to have a professional program to teach me the ins and outs of this new life that I’ll be adjusting to. There’s more than I can put down right now. I’m just so glad that I’ve spent the MANY hours carefully going through each unit and definitely going above and beyond.

It made me think hard about a lot of things. I learned a lot from it! I just wish me and my co parent could agree unfortunately we can’t seem to meet halfway on anything. We had a very rocky past and I guess we need the help of the court to decide.

Helped me learn how to navigate my own feelings and understand some of my triggers. It also made me realize why we had so many marital problems. I mean, I knew why, but this course helped make it more clear.

I like that it gave ideas on how to help our children when they are acting out. Instead of yelling or spanking it gives numerous other ways to help our children and I like that as it helps.

The co-parenting after the divorce was helpful. Learning different ways to communicate and understanding better how to do it. Overall education on topics that have not been explained to me. I feel more prepared to reduce the conflict so that we are not high conflict and just work for the best of the children.

I liked the information that was provided during the lessons. It really allowed me to think about how my parenting is and things I could change. For example learning my child’s temperament, this allows me to find new ways to approach him during an off day.
