I really liked how they explained how divorce can affect kids' brains. I liked that they taught how to do flexible thinking, managing emotions, and checking yourself. It was very helpful how they explained different options of handling a divorce rather than just going to court. I didn't know about all the options I had and all the support help I could have involved with the divorce. It was a great course that every parent should take.

I really liked the instructor in the first part of the course. I appreciated his approach to co-parenting for the most part. I also felt like he left room for forgiveness in navigating the uncertainty of divorce/co-parenting. I also felt like the 4 big ones were easy to remember and break down.

Material was presented in a very logical and down-to-earth manner, easy to listen to, read and understand. Many of the situations and illustrations were similar to my current situation allowing me to have a good understanding on how to manage my circumstances.

It's not your typical online class that spits out only theory - instead focuses on what's statistically significant and keeps the lessons and modules relevant to my specific issue. Every topic has something for me to gain, which applies to my specific situation, although at varying degrees.

The information in the program was insightful and helpful in understanding that between my co-parent and myself, the issues we face are not all my fault as he tries to portray. I do have a hand in conflict up to this point, because I felt like I had to respond to allegations and demeaning things he said. Now I know that I just have to stick to the basics and respond with factual kind words, nothing more.

It really touched on all situations that come up with co-parenting. I really love the positive reinforcements about controlling your own reaction and flexible thinking. I feel reassured knowing that I have been practicing a lot of what was being taught for the past couple years and it was helpful to read new techniques to deal with high conflict people in positive ways. I really did get a lot out of this course.

It really helped me with the communication aspect. The biggest issue I felt me and the co-parent had, was the lack of communication we had when it would simply be about the kids. Sometimes it would get personal and about outside things, that have nothing to do with our children. Now I have the perfect tool with what I learned.

I learned a whole lot. It shed a lot of light for me on the nature of the type of high conflict parent that I am dealing with and ways to better deal with that co-parent in relationship to the divorce/custody case. I also really appreciated the BIFF and flexible thinking.

I thought the exam information was good and informative. I think looking back on this it was inexpensive and we should have done this in the beginning of our divorce. It probably would have mitigated a lot of problems.
