I absolutely loved the suggestions on how to respond to an angry email/text. The BIFF method is the best thing I could have learned and applied to my current situation. I also appreciate that this program made me list positive things about my co-parent, it's helped not focus so much on all the negative things.

I loved the lessons in the program, from talking about the different hemispheres of the human brain, to the real life applicable skills that can be used in both a co-parenting setting and in any other relationship whether it be with friends or family; skills such as flexible thinking, managed emotions, and checking yourself.

I really enjoyed the life application exercises. I also enjoyed the TED talk videos especially as they made me think critically in a very engaging way. The types of co-parents was beneficial for me as well, both for my own reflection and consideration of the other.
