It has shown me the different steps of a break up and made me feel like I wasn't the only one. This event is heartbreaking for me and I think I have handled the situation very well. And this class has shown me a lot of good was to address the children as well with their needs and wants through this divorce.

It helped me realize that my thoughts and progression of emotions were normal. It helped me see that I am right to stand my boundaries when it comes to my sons seeing the co-parent as he was abusive in many ways to me and my sons. I really liked the sources and worksheets, they helped me lay out my thoughts and emotions in a meaningful way. I really liked the journal entries, I am hoping I can print them out because they helped me work through a lot of questions and issues I had.
