I liked that it was self paced. I liked that there were journal entries to write meaningful responses instead of all of it being about checking boxes. The video content was nice as well.

It gave me some ideas on better communication skills. I know now that it is normal to go though the different stages and feelings of separation or divorce. Also, that the children best interest should always be the outcome of any co-parenting issue.

It taught me a lot about how I should deal with my child and my ex going forward. I like some of the explanations/videos and some of them even made me cry, haha. Overall, I'd say it provided good information for any parent to have.

I just really liked that it was a lot of reflection and learning. Sometimes people get lost and only live in their emotions where this really helped with processing, understanding and self reflection. Ultimately focused on the best interest of the child and that is what is what is most important.
