All feelings surrounding breakups and the struggles of co-parenting are acknowledged and validated. It also has lots of input from children. It is easy for children to get lost in divorce, custody arrangements and other changes. It is good to have a chance to hear what their feelings are instead of making assumptions for them.

I really enjoyed the depth of education that went into this course. I wish I could have taken it with my co-parent. Much like therapy, this course helped me with my thoughts regarding the process of divorce and taking in consideration for all angles and emotions for my son and his mother.

It started out with taking care of you and why that is important for the happiness of your kids. It really dove into the stages of breaking up and how you can guide your children through it. It really drove the point that what is best for the child is what matters most.

What I really liked about this program is that I got to learn all the different ways that my co-parent and I could communicate better and what ways we should involve in our decision, making when it comes down to the best interest of the children.
