I enjoyed that you really focused on the children. Not that we are not important as the parents, but that we are growing the next generation of adults and it is important and well thought of. It is their future that will make a difference in the world and really it is them teaching us, not us teaching them. They are innocent and perfect in God's plan. We should make way for them to grow, not cover them in poo.

There are several things I really appreciated about this program. First, it provides a lot of helpful advice on handling family relationships, dealing with conflicts and managing emotions, which is important for making sure children are well cared for. Second, the program gives practical tips that you can actually use to improve how you communicate and work with your co-parent. These tips are not just theoretical but really help in making things better for everyone involved in the family. Additionally, the program encourages thinking deeply about your role as a parent and how your actions affect your children during times of change. It helps you grow and understand more about managing family situations well. Furthermore, the program stresses the importance of seeking help from your community or professionals when needed. It recognizes that co-parenting can be tough and that getting support can make a big difference in how things go. Lastly, the program is flexible and understanding, knowing that each family is different and may need different solutions. It gives you tools that can be adjusted to fit your specific situation, which is really helpful in dealing with the challenges of co-parenting. Overall, this program has been a great resource for learning and improving how to co-parent effectively, offering practical advice and support tailored to different family needs. I like that this program gives me hope for the future when co-parenting.

I really enjoyed the program's approach of regularly checking in on how you're feeling and nudging you to open up about it. Has been incredibly valuable. It helps you untangle your emotions. This practice has been particularly valuable in helping me understand where I stand emotionally and pinpointing areas that might need a bit more attention or exploration. I also really enjoyed how comprehensive the program is. It covers so much ground on various co-parenting topics, giving me a wealth of information and insight. I feel like I have a toolbox ready for any situation that may come my way. Knowing that I have access to this knowledge and these resources makes me feel more prepared and confident to handle whatever challenges arise. Great course.

I really liked the journaling aspect of this course. It helped me put some of the feelings I've been experiencing into words and honestly helped me feel a little better about some of the things that happened. In general, journaling is a great learning tool. It's a great way to increase student involvement and make the material relevant to them.

It explains well the different feelings that are normal to experience for both the parents and the children. I also found it more useful than mediation because it dove into issues of emotional abuse and substance abuse that were ignored throughout my process. I finally felt supported in frustrations. I also really appreciated the outlook of developing a parenting plan similar to what the children were used to prior to the separation opposed to just arriving at a 50/50 plan.
