I learned about parallel parenting. Much of the early part applied to people with recent break ups which doesn’t apply to me. It did have co-parenting info that was helpful.

I liked learning about the stages and feeling really good that I was following the stages well. Also, I've learned that while a kid's needs are important in a parent plan, it's actually a families' needs that are the top priority.

I really liked the videos and the way they portrayed the pain that goes along with separation and divorce. I also liked that it was realistic, especially when the kids were talking, this put things into perspective.

I enjoyed the many combined forms of learning like reading, videos and journals. I like that it forces you to look at some uncomfortable area that could tend to be avoided, but are very important. Overall, this was a great course and I learned quite a bit.

The information was beneficial such as learning how to cope with conflict. Also, how to take care of yourself to become a better co-parent. I like the program as it asked me several questions that make me dig deep into who I am as a mother, how to co-parents, etc.
