It taught me a better and more effective way of communicating with co-parents in conflict. It taught me about the different stages of the separation process and helped me understand how to move forward in the process better. It helped me identify my co-parent relationship and how to make it better over time. It was overall, very educational in the co-parent lifestyle and how to properly move forward in a healthier way for our daughter. It felt good to have a professional program to teach me the ins and outs of this new life that I’ll be adjusting to. There’s more than I can put down right now. I’m just so glad that I’ve spent the MANY hours carefully going through each unit and definitely going above and beyond.
