I liked that it focused the most on how I can help my children and that it showed that it is normal for my ex and I to be in different places. Some of the strategies were ones that I had thought of, but this was very validating to see that I was on the right track.

I liked the breakdown of the different stages of a child when growing up and explaining to them it's not their fault. Also, being able to understand some of my emotions were just normal and that I shouldn't be judged by them.

I really liked the communication part. I have already started practicing looking at the message, thinking what is the problem, sitting on it and coming up with a clear solution/recommendation. I also very much appreciated to know the different options besides court and what to expect from them. Just an FYI that the legal dictionary link is not working (in the last part of the program in resources).
