I really liked that it made me feel more normal about the feelings and reactions I have felt throughout the break up and separation. I also like the fact that this program made me confront myself about how I have been handling communication and conflicts with my co-parent and offered better or more correct ways of doing it. It also allowed me to constantly reflect on how important my children are to me and how I don't want to negatively affect them by what I choose to both say and do.
