I liked that it had built in spots to ensure you were reflecting on and processing feelings about the process. With the information that was given, it helped me reflect on things I had moved through, as well as things I had not really considered.

I like that this program required me to actually think about certain problems, techniques to use and possible solutions to various aspects of the divorce process and parenting of children. I haven’t been able to allow myself to put my feelings into words and emotionally process the difficulties I've experienced during the end of our marriage and prepare myself for the challenges still to still come. Writing my answers helped me overcome some of the barriers that I had that prevented me from productively communicating with my co-parent due to the emotional pain I still have for our failed marriage.
