I feel this course is all encompassing and thorough. Although, my specific situation makes it hard to address the communication portions based on how communications have taken place and gone downhill as I’ve experienced a lot of control and demeaning comments as I’ve tried to be flexible but found myself needing to establish healthy boundaries with the help of my therapists. I enjoyed the varied point of views and examples that were used to help me see my situation more clearly.
