I was able to learn some new things. I really like the reporting form. I am leaving an abusive relationship and we do not communicate well. I need to limit communication to deescalate conflict. That form is going to be wonderful during custody exchanges. I am glad that domestic abuse was acknowledged in this program. It's a special dynamic that is very hard to navigate for the children's best interests.

I liked how it talked about self care after a break up first, then got into taking care of three kids. I like how focused it was on communication. Communication is key.

Learning the stages of adjustment, the worksheets to help think through a parenting plan and how to tell the kids, how to communicate with your co-parent and the different types of co-parents. The videos were really well-done, which made them easy to watch. The balance of reading vs watching was good.

The information in this course was great. I really like that it was presented in an objective way. The course definitely took me longer than 4 hours, but I didn't want to rush through it because the information was so useful.

I really liked the opportunity to make journal entries. This whole situation has brought on a ton of feelings and worries and it’s been nice to have the opportunity to work through those things

It was concise and touched on a lot of important subjects and information related to co-parenting during and after a divorce. While not exhaustive in going through every detail and every possible scenario, it laid the groundwork for what's ahead and how to start dealing with it.

I liked that the course was self paced. I was able to take an hour each night after putting my child to bed. I liked that the lessons were in a predictable format so that I could go through the videos and take in the information without having trouble following the format. I actually liked the Dr. that provided most of the videos. She provided a lot of great information without being too boring or too flashy.
