I liked how it focused on the needs of the parents as well as the needs of the children - helping parents learn ways to cope and to manage their mental health was really great. I also liked that you could self-pace through the program and could take breaks. I felt like that information given was matter of fact and didn't make parents feel guilty about making the choice to separate.

I really enjoyed learning about the childs' needs and how to communicate with them and to know the signs about if, and when your child needs more help processing the separation. I also learned a lot from the portion about communicating with your partner and how to not make the small things into big things, when the small things will just disappear on their own.

It gave me light, it showed me that I am not the only one going through this and that others feel the same ways I do. I learned a lot on co-parenting the dos and don'ts. I learned how to make a parenting plan and who to look to for the help in this end.
