Is that I got a lot of information on how to handle difficult situations with my co-parent and how to help my children cope with changes. I love that I could use all of this to better myself and how I react to difficult times. I will become a better person after taking this course. My children will get to experience better times with me learning how to speak with them and handle their emotions differently. Thinking of them and also my co-parent. I will really benefit from this class.

I like all of the tools that come with the class, like the parenting planner. I like that there are worksheets and that a lot of the questions require a written response so I can actually think about my answers.
