I enjoyed learning more about how the brain works when in fight or flight mode. It really helped to add that visual to the way I feel in those situations. I also liked the chapter on flexible thinking, because I know I have a tendency to get stuck.

I like how much informative this module is and I absolutely love the videos and the interactions within the module and life! I absolutely loved and enjoyed doing the activities with my babies and it actually taught me a lot about parenting and networking with other parents that many other parenting classes do not teach! I have done a lot of parenting classes and this program by far is my favorite one and I really appreciate your efforts support and encouragement! I really feel the sense of belonging from this program and the sincerity from the people or person that made this program! I feel that whoever made this program actually cares and really wants to help and make a difference in people’s lives to become better people and especially better parents or even better parents! Thanks so much for putting this program together and taking the time and resources and putting in all the effort and hard work to help educate and support parents everywhere and to help make a difference for the children and communities that you have helped grow and helping people actively want to be better and helping them to become healthier and happier people so we can be our best selves for ourselves and our babies! You are awesome and amazing people and I am extremely grateful and blessed to have you as my teacher and my parenting network/ partner for the time that you have been with this module!
