I liked how in-depth the class was. It covered all aspects and perspectives. I learned a lot from identifying my problems to dealing with them. I learned the foundation for managing emotion in conflict and how to effectively resolve conflict without causing more.

The videos were very helpful. Also, it was nice to have the audio of the page to help with the reading. It was helpful to hear the content as well as read along. Also, I felt that the questions along the way were very thought provoking and made me pause and think before writing.
