It was unbiased. I realized a lot of things that I do wrong and feel I will benefit from the examples this course provided. I learned about different situations and some new, unique ways to look at the situation from the outside and how to deal with it.

I liked the advice on how to handle a difficult co-parent. I like the techniques of how to remain calm, how to manage my emotions and most of all to focus on what is best for the children and to not lose sight of that.

Something I really liked about this program is that it gives many examples of how to handle different types of situations depending on the type of co-parent you are dealing with. Another thing I really liked is that it focuses on the safety of the children and how to ensure a better environment for them during a separation/divorce. This program truly helped me understand myself and recognize when I have done wrong.

Something I really liked about this program was how it taught me to remain calm in every situation when it comes to the co-parent because I know that I can't control their actions. I also liked to learn that I have the online option to simply be calm and respond using the BIFF strategy.

I like how this program made me think of things in a different way. Many of the things I was doing were correct, but I feel it helped me to have a new perspective on my high-conflict co-parent. I think it has helped me tremendously to learn how to not react or be emotionally disturbed by his outbursts in order to keep the conflict to a minimum. This will also help me to be a better parent than I was in the past. Thank you!

It is a good summary of the system and path I have experienced over 12 years, and am continuing to experience with a high conflict co-parent. Not all topics were relevant, but is good information to know and understand that there is not one answer to fit all. Well presented and not overly detailed to the point of boredom. Having been in the system for many years, it is interesting to see the changes in thought and updated analysis of the high conflict parent type.

Learning about the benefits of mediation and when it is advisable to go to court. Understanding what makes a high-conflict case and how to mitigate that, especially by utilizing the 4 big skills.
