I appreciated the videos to supplement the text. I very much appreciated that the program does not make the assumption that in a high-conflict case, both parents are high conflict. I very much appreciated that the program speaks to domestic violence, including coercive control.

I really liked how they explained how divorce can affect kids' brains. I liked that they taught how to do flexible thinking, managing emotions, and checking yourself. It was very helpful how they explained different options of handling a divorce rather than just going to court. I didn't know about all the options I had and all the support help I could have involved with the divorce. It was a great course that every parent should take.

Material was presented in a very logical and down-to-earth manner, easy to listen to, read and understand. Many of the situations and illustrations were similar to my current situation allowing me to have a good understanding on how to manage my circumstances.

It really touched on all situations that come up with co-parenting. I really love the positive reinforcements about controlling your own reaction and flexible thinking. I feel reassured knowing that I have been practicing a lot of what was being taught for the past couple years and it was helpful to read new techniques to deal with high conflict people in positive ways. I really did get a lot out of this course.

I liked the opportunity to reflect in a structure manner. The research based videos were informative and the theoretical orientation was in aligned with my previous educational training. Lastly, I enjoyed the cognitive prompts example BIFF.

It really helped me with the communication aspect. The biggest issue I felt me and the co-parent had, was the lack of communication we had when it would simply be about the kids. Sometimes it would get personal and about outside things, that have nothing to do with our children. Now I have the perfect tool with what I learned.

I believe this program has helped me a lot. It has given me a greater understanding of being a father and being a single father handling these situations with the co-parent, I'm very proud that I passed with 80 on the test. I'm not perfect we tend to learn things every day, and co-parenting is something very important for the child. It's healthy to learn these new methods, education is key and I'm blessed to be apart of it. I'm blessed to be able to take this test, and I will learn to try to apply these things in the relationship of the child and co-parent.

The videos and suggestions were helpful. I enjoyed this class more than I did when we did a co-parenting class 9 years ago. I wish I had all this information back then. I also liked the additional resources.

I feel like this is definitely the right class for me to take because I do have a high conflict relationship with my co-parent and this helps me have flexible thinking and be able to teach me to take a step back and think before I react.

The tools to understand than I can, works for the best interest of my kid. That I am responsible for my emotions I can be a role model for, if I teach by example about management my emotions. I wish my co-parent belief in the same same statement, but I can only control what is is in my control.

Very informative and educational. It teaches us about how our behavior effects our co-parent and the children. I also like the information on child development and what their needs are in different stages of their lives. It gives helpful advice on how to manage our emotions and deal with these different high-conflict cases whilst also informing us how not to become one ourselves. I like that it went into depth about these topics and gave information about how to handle different situations in and out of court that may arise. I like that it promotes self reflection and gave advice on how we can positively influence the healthy development of our children.

1. The section about the types of high conflict co-parents was really insightful and full of great suggestions that I have applied to my co-parent since and have seen almost immediate results. 2. The suggestions and solutions for emailing a co-parent. I love the BIFF method and it has been quite successful since I applied it to my own situation and communication.
